A new name - but decades of experience

Founded in 2019, HEKOMA can already count on several decades of experience in construction and production of special machines.
Grown out of the companies Herzog Maschinenbau, KMW Engineering and Stema, the young company has extensive technical know-how, creativity and innovation leading into the age of Industry 4.0.

After an intensive search, we found the right location for our production in Lichtenberg. Many aspects come together here: Proximity to our customers gives us the opportunity to be able to act quickly and easily. In addition, Lichtenberg has very good transport links (Autobahn A9/A72).

For our customers we have put our heart and soul into it. We only had a few weeks from the initial planning to the actual move. After all, a seamless supply for our clients had to be ensured.

The first concrete steps started in mid-October: Draw up a hall plan, commission a moving company, renovate the new hall and office building. At the same time, the machines had to be dismantled and packed for the move. While some put in a large drywall and laid new power and compressed air lines, the production hall had to be painted. The first tools and materials also moved in at the same time.

Thanks to careful planning, a competent relocation partner and a steady hand during the implementation, everything went quickly and smoothly, so that we could do it in the shortest possible time and we were fully operational and ready for production again.
